1. Enter by 1:00pm, Saturday Sept 20th at the Penn Township Fall Festival Booth
2. (Winner will be announced at 5:30pm Saturday at the main stage)
3. You must pickup your pie, pie pan, and utensils by 7:00pm Saturday Night as the Festival cannot store these items
